摘    要:以过氧化二苯甲酰 ( BPO)为引发剂 ,在 1 ,2 -二氯乙烷溶液中进行了丙烯酸接枝 ABS树脂 .红外光谱分析表明 ,丙烯酸接枝 ABS产物在 1 71 7cm- 1处出现了明显的 C=O基吸收峰 ,证实了丙烯酸接枝到了 ABS树脂上 .研究表明 ,接枝率随单体浓度、引发剂浓度、反应时间的增加 ,开始时迅速升高 ,以后只略有增大 ;随反应温度的升高 ,接枝率增加较快 .根据实验结果 ,推测终止反应主要为接枝链间的偶合终止 .给出了接枝反应的初始反应速度公式

Abstract:The graft copolymerization of acrylic acid onto acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS) terpolymer was initiated by benzoyl peroxide (BPO) in 1,2 dichloroethane solution. The infrared spectra results confirm that acrylic acid is successfully grafted onto ABS backbone. The influences of BPO concentration, monomer concentration, reaction time, reaction temperature were investigated in terms of grafting degree and gel content. The grafting degree increases rapidly initially with increasing monomer concentration, BPO concentration and reaction time, thereafter it increases slowly. Increasing reaction temperature leads to an increase in grafting degree. A coupling termination mechanism was proposed based on the experimental data. The initial rate of grafting polymerization is: R p= k[M ] 1.32 [BPO] 0.62 [ABS] 1.07 .
