| Abstract: | For many years,the authors are engaged in the teaching of the heal-and-toe walking as well as its training.Together with their teams,they took part in the track and field sports of Shaanxi prouince many times. According to these experiences,the writers make their inuestigations on the selecting and training of the afhelets of this race in common universities from various aspects,such as the importame of selecting the athelets;the basic training techniques;the synthetical training methods of different period of time,psychological traing and so on. |
