中国城市可持续交通发展

摘    要: 城市可持续发展的交通系统是以较小的资源投入、较小的环境代价,最大程度地满足交通需求的综合交通系统,是实现交通强国建设目标的基本要求和必由之路,也是交通强国的重要特征之一。在提出可持续交通定义与内涵基础上,把可持续交通发展历程分为5个阶段——雏形阶段、起步阶段、稳步发展阶段、快速发展阶段、创新发展阶段,同时对当前可持续交通领域2个热点内容——可持续发展视角下的“双碳”目标与韧性交通、交通与土地使用深度融合的TOD模式进行了综述,对可持续交通发展进行了展望。

Sustainable urban transport development in China

Abstract:The sustainable development of the urban traffic system is a basic requirement and the only way to realize the goal of building a powerful country of China in transportation, which is also one of the important characteristics of this kinds of country. It means that the traffic demand of the comprehensive transportation system has to be met with the minimal resources and environmental costs. First, based on the definition and the connotation of the sustainable transportation, the development process of the sustainable transportation is divided into five stages: the embryonic stage, the initial stage, the steady development stage, the rapid development stage and the innovative development stage. Second, we reviews the sustainable transportation in the two hot fields, the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and the resilient transportation under sustainable development, and the integration of transportation and land use in TOD. Finally, the sustainable transportation development is explored, for China to become a leading power in the world in terms of transportation on a sustainable and green transportation development road.
