万米科学超深井钻完井现状与展望

摘    要: 概述了美国、苏联、德国、日本、冰岛、中国及其他国家科学钻探工程项目情况,指出了万米科学超深井钻完井存在的难题,主要包括地质条件复杂、地层温度高、钻井周期长、井斜控制难、井身结构设计困难、超长钻杆柱适应性等问题。针对存在的难题,分析了地质工程一体化技术、高效破岩技术、高温钻井液技术、高温固井技术、井身结构设计优化技术、精细控压钻井技术、复合钻柱设计技术、膨胀套管技术、井斜控制技术、激光钻进技术、钻井工程自动化及信息集成技术、钻井工程智能化技术、钻井工程无人化等关键技术在万米科学超深井钻完井中应用的发展趋势。

Abstract:Scientific drilling is an effective way for human beings to explore the interior of the earth, it is also an important means to solve major problems such as resources, disasters and the environment. Scientific drilling projects in the United States, the former Soviet Union, Germany, Japan, Iceland, China and other countries are summarized. The problems in drilling and completion of 10000-meter scientific ultra-deep wells are discussed, including complex geological conditions, high formation temperature, long drilling cycle, difficult well deviation control, etc.. Future applications of geology-engineering integration technology, high-efficiency rock breaking technology, high-temperature drilling fluid technology, and many others in the drilling and completion of 10000 meter scientific ultra deep wells are also prospected.
