| 摘 要： | 高校经济管理类实验中心管理是一项综合性较强的工作，管理人员不仅需要具备扎实的技术知识，还要掌握一定的管理技巧。文章以学校经济管理实验中心为例，从实验中心的日常管理、管理人员的选择、管理制度、开放管理、人员管理等几方面进行了探讨，对高校经济管理类实验中心管理有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The management of the experiment centers of economic management in universities is a comprehensive job and the management personnel should not only have solid professional knowledge, but also management skills. The paper, taking the experiment centers of schools, probes into the daily management, choice of management personnel, management rules, open management and personnel management, which may be of referential significance for the management of the same kind. |
