河南与粤鲁苏浙经济综合竞争力比较研究

经济综合竞争力是一个国家或地区在区域范围内对资源的吸引力、对市场的争夺力以及对周边地区的辐射力和带动力的总称。河南的经济综合竞争力与粤鲁苏浙的经济综合竞争力相比,还有不小的差距。这种差距主要表现在经济结构、三化(工业化、城镇化和市场化)进程、自主创新能力、环境营造、对外开放和政府作用等因素上。提升河南综合竞争力的关键和重点应放在优化产业结构、加快城市发展、提高对外开放水平、实施科教兴豫、营造发展环境、深化财政金融改革、优化整合区域资源和实施政府工程等方面。
