| 摘 要： | 头孢氨噻肟(Cefotaxime)是新的第三代头孢菌素,抗菌谱广,杀菌力强,对人和动物毒性小。头孢氨噻肟对革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌活性,较现有的头菌素都强。本文综述了头孢氨噻肟的作用机理、抗菌作用、药动学和毒副作用,为进一步研究该药的药效学与药动学、促进其在兽医临床上的应用提供资料。

| Abstract: | Cefotaxime, a new and third generation cephalosporin, is high active against a wide range of bacteria and low toxicity on animals and man. The drug has higher activity against gram-negativethan all other cepnalosporins. This paper summerizes mode of actions, antibacterial activity and pharmacokinetics of cefotaxime in Some animals, it's toxicity and sideeffects to provide informationf or the pervasive studies on pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics of CTX in animals and for promoting it's applications to Veterinary medicine |
