卫星搭载苜蓿抗性突变株初步筛选

摘    要:利用隶属函数法对卫星搭载苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)进行多种指标的综合评价,研究卫星搭载对苜蓿的诱变效应.结果表明,筛选株系中有3份材料与地面对照表现出明显的差异,其中1L-4和1L-1与地面对照相比植株粗壮、高大,叶绿素质量浓度和粗蛋白质量分数高,丙二醛浓度和相对电导率低;而6L-5与地面对照相比植株矮小,叶绿素质量浓度低,丙二醛浓度和相对电导率高.空间环境对苜蓿形态和生理指标产生较大影响,其突变效应是不可控的,筛选可获得有价值的育种材料.

Abstract:Alfalfa of satellite flight were conducted comprehensive evaluation of multiple index by subordination.Study on mutagenic effects of space flight on Alfalfa.The results show that the three screening plant material and the ground shows obvious differences,including 1 L-4 and 1 L-1 strain with control than stout,tall,chlorophyll and protein content high,MDA content and cell memberane penetrancey low,6L-5 strain with control than small,chlorophyll content is low,MDA content and cell memberane penetrancey is high.Space environment effect on morphological and physiological of Alfalfa.Its effect is not controlled on mutations,mutations selection can obtain valuable breeding materials.
