| 摘 要： | 旅游上市公司多元化经营存在着一定的风险。文章在分析旅游上市公司普遍选择多元化经营原因的基础上,探讨了多元化经营可能带来的战略决策风险、财务风险、经营管理风险和人才风险,提出了防范风险的控制措施。
