垂直环变形对陀螺罗经精度的影响

摘    要:根据垂直环变形的分析计算,随动系统失配撞击力是造成垂直环变形的主要原因。通过分析某型陀螺罗经的随动系统失配情况,研究了垂直环的受力,计算了垂直环的变形,讨论了垂直环变形对陀螺罗经精度的影响,并得出结论:水平失配比方位失配对罗经精度影响更大,铝环与镁环此,铝环能使陀螺漂移减小;采用富于弹性的止档销可大大减小垂直环变形,这对提高陀螺罗经性能十分有益。

Abstract:The impact force given rise to mismatching of the follow-up system is the main factor of the vertical ring's deformation by means of the analyses and calculation of the vertical ring's deformation. In this paper, the influence of the follow-up system's mismatching of a certain gyrocompass is analysed, the forcing situation of the vertical ring is examined, the calculation of the vertical ring's deformation is presented and the influence of the vertical ring's deformation on gyrocompass accuracy is discussed. The conclusion is that the influence of horizontal follow-up system's mismatching on the accuracy of the gyrocompass is larger than that of azimuth one. As compared with the ring made of magnesium, the ring made of aluminum can make the gyro drift smaller. The vertical ring's deformation can be decrensed by using a elastic stop. This is a useful method to improve the performance of gyrocompasses.
