| 摘 要： | 针对工程项目采购广泛采用招标投标方式的要求，利用贝叶斯决策分析方法对承包商依据招标文件的要求，进行合理的投标决策进行了分析，以便承包商在一定中标概率下确定合理的报价。

| Abstract: | Currently, tendering and bidding have become the basic methods for project procurement. By use of Bayesian analysis methods, an appropriate decision - making method for bidding is presented in terms of document of tendering. This method can make for improving the probability of winning a contract. |
