渭干河-库车河绿洲生态环境变化特征与防治对策

近50年来，渭干河-库车河三角洲绿洲地区在人类不合理活动的作用下，水与生态环境发生了一系列变化。因此,进行水资源统筹利用规划与管理，统筹兼顾各县的经济发展与生态环境建设对水的需求，以生态系统健康发展为原则，遵循生态规律来进行土地资源的开发利用，开展整个绿洲为单元的生态功能保护与建设是绿洲可持续发展能力的根本途径。

The Features of changing Ecological Environment of the Wigan-Kuqa River and the Countermeasures

The delta oasis of Weigan-Kuqa river has undergone a series of hydrological and ecological environment changes under unproper human activities, such as the increasing of water salt amount and water sand amount,the sustained decreasing of forest area specially the poplar and bushes;the weakening of natural forest defense,the degrading of grassland and farmland resources and decreasing of it's areas and fertility,the reducing of raising livestock.the increasing trend of desertification.the decline of productive power etc. In order to increase the sustainable development ability of this oasis ,it is very important to take a whole water management and utilization plan,and to make overall plans and take all factors,such as the water amount needed to the economic development and ecological construction into consideration,make the sound develpments asa rule.to observe ecological regulation in the exploitation and utilization of land resources,and to make the whole oasis a unit,by conducting the activities of conserving ecological function and ecological construction.
