| 摘 要： | 我国数控机床制造业发展迅速,但是数控机床的维修率仍然较高,因此,维修人员必须掌握一定的数控机床的故障诊断及维护技能。该文重点介绍北京第一机床厂生产的数控立式升降台铣床XKA5032A/F在使用中出现伺服报警后,维修人员查阅有关资料,了解伺服系统的相关知识,分析故障原因,及时进行维修的方法。
