| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿肺炎支原体（MP）感染的肺外并发症.方法：回顾分析132例MP感染患儿的临床资料.结果：132例MP感染患儿中,48例有肺外并发症,发生率为36.4%主要为支原体所致心肌炎、脑炎、过敏性紫癜、川崎病、血小板减少性紫癜等.结论：MP感染可引起机体多系统损害,以肺外并发症为首发症状时,易造成漏诊、误诊.应及时检测血MP-IgM.治疗除选用大环内酯类药物外,还应注意综合治疗及肾上腺皮质激素及丙球的使用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the child's extrapulmonary complications of infection with mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP).Methods:Analyzing the clinical data of 132 cases of this disease retrospectively.Results:Among 132 cases,48 cases(36.4%) showed extrapulmonary complications,such as myocarditis,encephalitis,allergic purpura,Kawasaki disease,thrombocytopenic purpura,and so on.Conclusion:Infection with MP can result in multiple system impairment of human body.It likely leads to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis when extrapulmonary complications are manifested as initial symptoms.In this situation it is important to detect MP-IgM.In respect of the treatment of this disease macrolides is the drug of first choice.The complex treatment,combined with the application of ACH and r-globulin,should be adopted. |
