摘    要:为达到对现代大型电网系统安全稳定控制的分散、协调与优化设计的目标 ,在信息结构概念及其引理的基础上将线性大系统分散控制的 Geromel- Bernussou设计方法扩展到特定的信息结构模式下 ,得到相应的最优控制问题的必要条件 ,即推广的 L evine- Athans方程组 ;应用“次最优程度”概念及其计算公式来讨论特定信息结构下的控制的优化程度 ;并以一个仿真算例说明了上述方法在电力系统中的应用 ,结果表明 ,信息结构对控制性能有着显著的影响 ,实际应用中应根据对象特点、性能要求和通信约束等选择适当的控制信息结构。

Abstract:The optimal decentralized and coordinated design of security and stability control of large scale power systems is obtained by extending the well known Geromel Bernussou method to any given information structure using information structure definitions and related lemmas. Generalized Levine Athans equations are derived as necessary condition of the corresponding optimal control problem. A sub optimal index is defined to identify the degree of optimization for the controllers. The proposed method is applied to the stability control of a typical four machine two area power system. The result shows that the selection of the control information structure greatly influences controller performance. In practice, various aspects including decentralized controllability, performance requirements and communication constraints should be considered in determining the control information mode.
