| 摘 要： | 现行国际投资法律体系存在着较多弊端，因而其内在地要求国际投资规范有所发展。WTO协定蕴含着丰富的国际投资新规范，它极大地发展了国际投资多边法制的内涵，并使国际投资法规范朝着更加自由化、更加强制化的方向发展。

| Abstract: | There are many malpractices in the legal syste m of the International Investment,which requires the international investment regu lations have some development inherently. The agreement of WTO contains enormous new standards of international investment, which have greatly developed the con tents of multilateral legal system and make the laws and regulations of the inte rnational investment to go along the more forced and more liberalized direction. |
