摘    要:对小球藻异养培养中的C源、N源、接种量及pH进行了优化.实验结果表明,C源以葡萄糖和D_果糖为好,N源以KNO3和NH4NO3为好;较大的接种量可以缩短小球藻的生长停滞期,延长对数生长期,提高生物量;最适宜的pH值为6.5.

Abstract:he optimization of carbon sources, nitrogen sources, inoculum size and initial pH for the heterotrophic culture of Chlorella vulgaris was tested. The results indicate that as carbon sources, glucose and levulose are better, and as nitrogen sources, KNO 3 and NH 4NO 3 are better. The inoculum size should be greater to shorten the lag phase and lengthen the logarithmic growth time of Chlorella vulgaris, thus increase the biomass. Furthermore, the most suitable initial pH is 6.5.
