| 摘 要： | 青年馆员职业发展受到诸多短板的制约，既包括外部条件的限制，也包括自身因素的影响。阐述了各种短板的具体表现，提出了补长短板的主要措施，指出青年馆员只有针对性地补长短板，提高综合能力，才能在今后的职业发展中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | Youth librarians＇ career development is restricted by many short boards including not only the limitation of external conditions but also the influence of personal factors. This paper expounds some specific performances of various short-boards, puts forward some main measures for lengthening the short-board, and points out that youth librarians, who want to be in an invincible position in the future career development, must correspondingly the lengthen of short-board, and improve the comprehensive capacity. |
