摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备系列Fe3+/La3+共掺杂的纳米TiO2,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X-射线能谱仪(EDS),紫外-可见吸收光谱等技术对催化剂进行表征,并以甲基橙溶液为降解目标,测定其在紫外光下光催化活性.结果表明:Fe3+,La3+的掺杂能有效减小TiO2纳米粒子的平均晶粒尺寸,提高了TiO2纳米粉体的分散性;Fe3+/La3+共掺杂的纳米复合光催化剂的吸收强度明显增加,在紫外光下2h后,Fe3+/La3+共掺杂TiO2对甲基橙溶液的降解率达98%以上.

Abstract:A series of Fe3+/La3+ codoped nano-TiO2 powder have been synthesized using sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),Uv-Vis absorption spectroscopy and IR spectroscopy techniques.Their photocatalytic activities for degradation of methyl orange under UV-light irradiation are also measured.As has been found that Fe3+,La3+ doped can restrain the growing of grain size,improve the dispersion of nano-TiO2 powder.The absorption intensities of Fe3+/La3+ codoped nano-TiO2 increase.The degradation rate of MO by Fe3+/La3+ codoped nano-TiO2 nanoparticles reaches over 98% under ultraviolet light for 2 h.
