摘    要:采用复盐热分解法制备了纳米二氧化钛,对其形貌和晶相进行了分析。600~700℃热分解产物为单一的锐钛矿相,晶粒尺寸约为25 nm。以双胺绿B等大分子量的偶氮染料分子作为光催化降解模型,评价了其在通氧条件下的光催化活性。结果表明,600℃热分解得到的光催化剂活性最好,对初始浓度100 mg/L双胺绿B溶液,通氧条件下90min的降解率为100%,与Degussa P25相当。

Abstract:In this paper, titanium dioxide nanoparticle was prepared by the method of complex salts decomposition, and its morphology and crystalline phase were analyzed by varied kinds of tools. Products of 600 to 700°C theral decomposition are all anatase phase and the final grain size is about 25nm. It evaluated the photocatalytic activity of photocatalyst to set azo dye like Diamine Green B and other with large molecular weight as degradation model in the circumstance of oxygen supply and oxygen absence. The results showed that the photocatalysis activity performed best with the photocatalyst obtained under 600 °C thermal decomposition. To the initial concentration of 100mg / L Diamine Green B solution, the degradation rate in 90 min is 100%, respectively under the occasion of oxygen supply.
