| Abstract: | The cardiovascular deconditioning (CD) of weightlessness is one of the important factors to influence the health and
effectiveness of astronaut in space flight. But the contermeasure to prevent the CD are marginally effectivc. According to
the physiological effect of Qi Gong. the author presents the view that the Qi Gong may be a good conrermeasure to pre-
vent the CD. The mechanisms of Qi Gong are diseussed and analyzed in this paper. |
