摘    要:业已证明红树林凋落叶自然分解过程中,土壤微生物起着重要的作用。本文报告与有机碳、氮矿质化密切相关的土壤微生物主要生理类群的变化。1 材料与方法 凋落叶模拟,样本采集、处理和测定方法如文献。现补充几点:

Abstract:This paper describes research on change of amounts of microbia physiologic group which litter leaves in process of natural decomposition by man-made imitation for Kandelia candel mangroves. The results showed that: Of all cellulose-decomposing microbes, during decomposing period, bacteria occupide first place, filamentous fungi took second place, while actionomyce was not picked out. Ammonifying bacteria had preponderance over nitrifying bacteria or denitrifying bacteria, in the course of organic mineralization. The litter leaves gave rich nutrient and prevented nitrate nitrogen from accumulation for the environment, which it was conductive to a better aquiculture and environmental protection.
