双核铒(III)配合物的合成:单晶结构及其近红外荧光性质研究

摘    要:设计合成了一个新的双核铒(III)配合物,通过单晶测试和晶体结构解析获得了该配合物的准确结构.进一步通过红外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射、热重分析和元素分析对该配合物进行了表征.研究发现:合成的新化合物在1 497 cm-1处表现出近红外荧光发射,该发射归因于铒(III)离子的4I13/24I15/2特征跃迁.该研究有望为近红外荧光成像和光动力治疗方面的应用提供一定的物质和理论基础.

Abstract:In this paper,a new dinuclear erbium(III)(1)complex was designed and synthesized,precise structure of 1 was characterized through single crystal structure analysis.Complex 1 was further characterized by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray powder diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis and element analysis.The investigation found that the new complex showed the near-infrared fluorescence emission at 1 497 cm-1,which is ascribed to the characteristic 4I13/24I15/2 transition of erbium(III)ion.Therefore,the work in this paper is expected to show potential new complex and theory for the applications in near-infrared fluorescence imaging and photodynamic therapy.
