| 摘 要： | 采用PLC控制涂装烘干生产线的应用设计,应用微机参与生产管理,根据生产情况确定最佳的物流状态,按指定路线完成物料的输送、积存、转挂、分流及工艺工装,有效减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率.

| Abstract: | PLC is be used to control the running of the painting oven production llne and computer is be adopted in the production management, the best material handle circulation can be selected according to the actual production situation, under the designation line moving products through transporting, Power and free, transforming, branch and processing operation, so that it can effectively diminish the intensity of labor and productive efficiency. |
