内蒙古贫困牧业旗经济现状研究

贫困问题一直是内蒙古牧区的一个历史性和社会性问题．从牧民收入、人均GDP和产业结构等方面研究了内蒙古18个贫困牧业旗的经济现状．结果表明，贫困牧业旗的经济发展落后于全区的整体水平，牧民的贫困现象仍然很普遍．其主要原因是贫困牧业旗产业结构不尽合理、牧民收入单一、家庭收入风险大、贫富差距较大、剩余劳动力多，据此提出了相应的反贫困机制和对策．

A Study on Economic Situation of Poverty Banners in Inner Mongolia

Poverty has been a historical social problem of pastoral area in Inner Mongolia all the time.On aspects such as herdsman's income,per capital GDP and industrial structure etc,the current economic situation of 18 poverty banners in Inner Mongolia was studied.the result indicated that economic development of those poverty banners is far behind integral level of the Inner Mongolia and the poverty phenomenon in herdsmen is still general.The main reason is that the upgrading pace of the poverty banner industrial structure is slow,herdsman income single,family income risk high,the medicine treatment expensive,surplus labor too many,and gap between rich and poor big as well.Based on that,some anti-poverty mechanism and countermeasures were put forward.
