| 摘 要： | 深港进一步深化合作是时代发展的要求．这种合作应当是全方面、多层次的．从目前合作的态势看，还主要停留在城市“硬件”、“硬设施”的层面上．其实，深港合作真正的核心与要点、难点是在作为城市“软件”方面的精神文化合作上．深港文化整合或调适非常必要．不仅有着紧迫性，而且具有一定程度的可行性．从创建新的世界大都会和促进双方共同发展的角度，应当重视这项工作．
