| 摘 要： | 诸多文献研究表明机构投资者可以起到稳定股市的作用。在我国,作为第二大机构投资者的QFII是否也能发挥稳定股市的作用是研究核心。对2007年—2010年上半年间QFII持股的相关数据进行了实证分析,研究结果发现QFII持股比例越高的股票,其股价波动性越大。这说明QFII的参股会增大股票的波动性,QFII在我国无法起到稳定股票市场的作用。研究对我国证券市场投资者发展政策和制度制定具有一定的参考意义。
