| 摘 要： | 文章就山西省4所医学院校图书馆人才建设，文献资源建设，自动化建设3个方面进行了5年调查，并在其基础上分析了山西省医学院校图书馆发展的优势与劣势，找出了问题所在，为山西医学院校图书馆的发展提供可借鉴的意见。

| Abstract: | Based on five year's investigation of four medical universities in Shanxi Province from three aspects of talents construction, literature resources construction and automation construction, this paper analyses on the superiorities and inferiorities of the development of the medical universities in Shanxi province, finds out the problems, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the medical universities in Shanxi Province. |
