茎尖脱毒马铃薯植株的形态解剖学研究

通过对茎尖脱毒马薯的形态及结构特征的研究，结果表明与未脱毒薯比较有许多不同；如植株体粗壮，叶大而薄，导管数目增多，管径增大，胼胝质较少而且仅分布在筛孔周围，叶片栅栏组织细胞较小，而叶绿体数目增多，体积增大。

THE STUDIES OF MORPHOLOGY ON POTATO WITH REMOVED VIRUS STEM QPEX

The research on the morpholohical and structure characters of potato that had removed virus from stem apex was carried out.There apex and the potato that hadn't,such as robust plant, bigger and thinner and only surrounding seive pore,smaller cells of palisade tissue,bigger and higher density of choloplast,lower transpiration rate because of smaller stomatal aperture.
