| 摘 要： | 以多维非刘次生灭过程为工具建立了一多种错误类型的软件可靠性模型，讨论了含有多种错误类型的软件系统的不完全测试与错误引入问题，并且获得了与模型有关的一些可靠性能指标，此模型不统一了一些已有的软件可靠性模型。

| Abstract: | A software reliability model with mult iple error classes is established in terms of a multi dimensional nonhomogenous birth death process. The problems of imperfect debugging and error introductio n in a software system with multiple error classes are discussed. Expressions ar e given for various reliability performance measur es. The model will unify some known models in this field as special cases. |
