| 摘 要： | 通过分析城市边缘区大规模项目开发的成因并讨论其作用及影响，论述了城市边缘区大规模项目开发的策略与方法，包括准确把握“边缘区”定位、采取适当的开发模式、发挥规模强势效应、积极参与规划调控、强化边缘区生态作用及完善建设施工过程等，以此促进边缘区和城市的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Having analyzed the reasons why so many large-scale projects are developed inside the urban fringes and discussed its functions and impacts, this paper expounds such strategies and methods as follows to promote the fringe districts and urban sustainable development: orientating accurately the fringe, adopting suitable development models, exerting large-scale effects, strengthening ecological function and perfecting construction process. |
