| 摘 要： | 职务犯罪已经成为国际社会普遍关注的一个问题,我国现阶段产生职务犯罪的原因是多方面的,既有内部原因,也有外部原因,它们相互作用、相互影响.职务犯罪的深层原因决定了其在社会主义初级阶段的存在是不可避免的.但采取措施予以制止、防止或尽量减少其发生则是可能的.

| Abstract: | The post crime has become a problem concerned generally in by the international society. At recent stage, the occurrence of the post crime in our country has the internal causes and_the external causes, which act on each other and influence on each other. The deep causes of the post crime determine that its existence in the primary stage of the socialism is inevitable. However, it is possible to prevent or reduce the occurrence of the post crime by adopting some measures. |
