| 摘 要： | 文章研究单一供应商和单一零售商组成的供应链在期权契约下的协调问题,分析了突发事件导致零售价格和供应商成本的变化对供应链的影响;当价格和成本变化满足一定条件时,购买量不变,否则,发生改变,此时协调被打破;通过调整期权契约能应对突发事件,体现其具有抗突发事件性的一面,最后给出算例.
