液压凿岩机推进系统建模与控制及仿真研究

摘    要:根据液压凿岩机冲击凿岩原理,确定了其工作时推进力的计算方法,在分析了液压凿岩机推进系统电液控制原理的基础上,提出了基于高速开关电磁阀控制的推进机构控制系统新方案.通过对该系统进行数学建模与控制策略分析,引入了模糊PID控制方法,并对其进行了严格的理论推导.通过计算机的仿真实验,论证了液压凿岩机电液推进控制系统在模糊PID控制器的作用下,能够很好地跟踪目标输出,为液压凿岩机推进系统的工程应用提供了理论依据.

Abstract:On the basis of a hydraulic drill impact principle, a drive's calculating method was established that of hydraulic drill, an electro- hydraulic principle was analged that of hydraulic drill with drive system. It puts forward a rational scheme of a drive control system of hydraulic drill with high-speed on/off valve. It introduces a newfuzzy PID control method by establishing a model and analyzing control strategy, and then carrig on the strict theory reasoning. Finally, this system is simulated in MATLAB, and the result of the simulation proves the superiority of the fuzzy PID controller. With all the conclusions mentioned above, it provides the theoretical basis and technical guidance for the drive system of hydraulic drill.
