| 摘 要： | 虽然企业家"原罪"现象与创业时期的伦理问题密不可分,但对创业伦理的探讨最近才成为新兴的研究主题。选择1989——2009年间发表于JBE、JBV、ETP等顶级伦理和创业杂志中有关创业伦理的文献作为分析对象,围绕创业者、机会、组织形式和创业环境四个关键要素,在评价创业伦理研究发展历程和现状的基础上,构建了创业伦理研究的整体框架,并归纳了未来研究方向。
