| Abstract: | Aim To study the fourth and the sixth power mean of the general Kloosterman sums.Methods Using the elementary method.Results Two exact calculating formulae on the fourth and the sixth power mean of the general Kloosterman sums are given.Conclusion Properties of the general Kloosterman sum are developed. |
