| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育的关键是转变教育观念。由于许多教师未能真正树立起素质教育的观念,使基础教育课程改革在实施过程中出现了许多与素质教育相左的现象,影响了课改目的的达成。本文就教师如何才能真正转交教育观念进行了分析,并对解决这一问题所需的内外部条件进行了思考。
