摘    要:盟友选择问题是敏捷制造中一个重要的决策问题,文中首先分析了问题的需求以及选择盟友的标准和方法;然后,建立了一个以定单为背景,基于投标价格、投标工期、提前/拖期惩罚、项目满意度、竞标者的技术满意度、管理水平满意度、财务实力满意度、培训及售后服务满意度等综合评判指标的0.1规划模型;用模糊决策嵌入遗传算法(GA)的软计算(Soft Computing)方法求得了问题的近优解。仿真实验证明了该模型的有效性和可行性,同时表明了该算法具有成功解决大规模实际问题的潜力。

Abstract:Partner selection problem is an important decision problem in agile supply chain manufacturing. The necessary character, the criteria and the methods used in selecting partner have been analyzed firstly. Then, based upon an order form, together with the factors of the bidders price, due-date, earliness / tardiness penalties, the range of the project satisfactory, and the range of the bidders technique, management, finance, technical training and after sell service, a zero-one programming model as been described. Soft Computing (SC) approach, which is fuzzy logic embedded Genetic Algorithm, is presented to solve the model in sequence. Simulation results show that the model has very high efficiency and the SC algorithm has essential abilities to solve practical larger scale problems.
