| Abstract: | This paper expounds briefly the concept of the patent information,analyzes the informational functions of the patent information,and probes into the value of the patent information from the angles of providing the information for the government to make the plans,tracking the newest scientific and technological development and conducting the technical forecast,increasing the scientific research and innovation ability,and providing the information for the patent-based products and license trade. |
