| Abstract: | This paper expounds the basic conception of the work team and the authority,analyzes on the origins of the vertical and horizontal authorities in the work team of the modern learning-type organization and the differences between the modern learning-type organization and the traditional organization,which provides the ideas of strengthening the ability of the leaders themselves. |
