平面约束圆集布局的膨胀算法

齿轮传动系统被抽象为包含圆的固定约束、圆间距离连接约束和布局空间的边界约束的约束圆集．将圆的直径缩小，可以方便地实现约束圆集的初始布置，而后逐步将圆集胀大即可得到圆集的最终约束布局．提出的平面约束圆集布局的膨胀演变算法，为解决复杂齿轮箱传动系统布局的自动设计问题提供了一个新的可行途径．给出了简化的齿轮箱传动系统的算例．

Expansion Algorithm for Packing Problem of the Planar Constrained Circle Set

Gear transmission system is abstracted as circle set with constraints, including position fix constraints, distance linkage constraints between circles and boundary constraints of the packing space. Constrained circle set can be easily packed when every circle's sizes are reduced firstly. Then the final packing solution is achieved as the circles are expanded gradually. The expansion algorithm introduced provides a new feasible method to solve complicated gearbox's gear transmission packing problem. A simplified example of gearbox packing design is given to demonstrate the basic principle of the algorithm.
