考虑配电网故障停电风险和负荷变化的动态网络重构

摘    要:配电网重构可以改善和提升系统的运行效率,但目前重构方法中较少考虑配电网的可靠性和负荷动态变化.文中针对由配电网支路故障引起的配电网可靠性降低问题,提出了一种考虑配电网支路故障停电风险和负荷变化的动态重构方法,并以支路故障停电风险指标来评价配电网网络结构的优劣,建立了考虑支路故障和负荷变化的配电网分时段动态重构模型,给出了利用量子遗传算法求解所提模型的方法和流程.IEEE 33-节点系统仿真结果表明,采用考虑障停电风险的配电网动态重构方法,在16∶00和17∶45可以明显降低配电网故障停电风险(分别降低13.52千瓦小时/年和13.62千瓦小时/年),验证了所提出的考虑故障停电风险的配电网动态重构方法的有效性.

Abstract:The reconfiguration of distribution networks can improve the operational performance. But little work has been done about the reliability and varying load of the distribution network with this reconfiguration method. Aimed at the problem of the reliability decreasing due to the failure of power branching, a dynamic reconfiguration method is proposed for the distribution network considering the outage risk and the load variation. The risk of branching failure is taken as an index to indicate the reliability level of distribution network. In addition, a dynamic reconfiguration model is established based on the load variation and branching failure. A quantum genetic algorithm is presented for the model. The preconfiguration algorithm with the outage risk is verified by the IEEE simulation tests with 33 nodes. Simulation results show that the outage risks at 16:00 and 17:45 are significantly reduced ( 13.52 kwh per year and 13.62 kwh per year).
