| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the features of civil servant systems,makes some research into the theory basis and practice basis of the civil servant system construction in China.Marxism-Leninism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,and the Three Representatives Theory are the theory basis for the civil servant system construction;the basic national conditions are the practice basis for civil servant system construction. |
