高浓度聚合氯化铁(PFC)混凝剂的电动特性及其混凝机理探讨

摘    要:以氯化铁和无水碳酸钠为原料 ,加入稳定剂W ,采用共聚工艺合成了一系列不同碱化度 (B)和不同P Fe摩尔比的高浓度稳定的聚合氯化铁 (PolyferricChloride ,简称PFC)混凝剂 .采用微电泳测定技术研究了PFC等的水解沉淀物电动特性 ;通过烧杯实验 ,研究了PFC混凝效果和pH值对混凝除浊效果的影响 ;并与氯化铁、工业聚合硫酸铁 (PFS)进行了比较 ;通过电泳实验 ,测量了不同投药量时凝聚颗粒的Zeta电位 ,探讨了PFC的混凝机理 .研究结果表明 :PFC水解聚合产物的电动特性与碱化度 (B)及W Fe摩尔比的变化密切相关 .与氯化铁和工业PFS相比 ,PFC具有较宽的pH值适用范围和较好的混凝效果 ;PFC是通过电中和、吸附架桥和沉淀网捕作用起混凝作用的 ,其中电荷中和及吸附架桥起主要作用 .三种作用的综合能力越强 ,其混凝效果就越好

Electrokinetic characters and coagulating mechanisms of PFC with high-concentration
Abstract:Ferric chloride and sodium carbonate being raw materials and W being stabilizer, a series of different basicity ( B) , P/Fe molar ratio, high concentration Polyferric Chloride (PFC) were prepared by copolymerization. The electrokinetic characters of PFC hydrolysate were studied with JS94F micro electrophoretic mobility detector. The coagulating properties of PFC with different B and P/Fe molar ratio under different dosage and the effect of pH value on the coagulating properties of PFC were tested by jar tests and the coagulating mechanisms were studied. The experiment results show that the PFC polymers coagulate in water by charge neutralization, adsorption bridging and precipitation catching mechanisms,especially by charge neutralization and adsorption bridging mechanisms. The better the synthesis of the three mechanisms, the better the coagulation effect. In a word, PFC is a high effectiveness, inorganic polymer coagulant.
