| 摘 要： | 结合工程质量控制实例，分析了休哈特形控制图在分析，判定质量状况过程中可能会遇到的问题，并指出它的局限性。在此基础上，提出动态质量控制的另一种方法即Ｖ形控制图，系统地研究了Ｖ形控制图的原理，建立起质量判定准则。经过工程实例计算。，不难看出，Ｖ形控制图用于动态质量控制具有实际应用价值，它能较好地克服休哈特控制图的某些局限性。

| Abstract: | In combination with the examples of project quality control, this paper analyses the problems existing in the course of analysing the quality situation by use of Shwhart Control Chart. Also, the limitations of Shwhart Control Chart are pointed out. Then, V Control Chart, a dynamic quality control method is put forward. The principles and standards for judgement are established. In the end, it is shown that the V Control Chart can overcome the limitations of Shwhart Control Chart and it is of practical value. |
