| Abstract: | The situation comedy Home with Kids achieved greatly high audience rating in 2007,which performed light-hearted and happy family stories in a reorganized family.The humorous and mirthful language in Home with Kids left deep impression on the audience.Most of the humorous language is brief and practical and can reflect the characteristics and general principles of language use.Therefore the author collects some corpus from the lines of Home with Kids for analysis in order to conclude the pragmatic factors in producing humors. |
