我国高等院校来华留学生管理研究

随着高校教育体制改革的深入和教育国际化进程的加快,来华留学生人数不断增长。由于中外教育背景和文化的差异,当前我国高等院校留学生管理存在管理理念陈旧、管理模式落后、管理人员素质不高等问题。针对这些问题,应以人本主义为管理理念,大力提高管理人员的综合素质,完善我国高等院校留学生管理体制。

Research on management of foreign students of higher education institutions

With the education system reform of universities and the accelerated process of internationalization of education,the number of foreign students have grown quickly.Due to the education background differences and cultural differences between our country and foreign countries,the current management of higher education institutions faces with the following problems： old management philosophy,backward management,low quality management personnel.To solve these problems,this paper proposes taking humanism as the management philosophy,improving the overall quality of management and perfecting the management system of foreign students.
