发酵过程生物量软测量虚拟仪器系统的集成

摘    要:本文根据发酵过程生物量检测特点,基于虚拟仪器技术提出了一种全新的生物量在线检测系统集成方法,该系统采用PXI(PCI Extensions for Instrumentation)总线硬件平台,结合软测量算法,有效地实现了生物量在线估计。给出了该系统的集成原理和实现方法,及系统的硬件和软件设计。实验研究表明,集成的发酵过程生物量软测量虚拟仪器系统,能够充分利用软测量技术和虚拟仪器技术的各自优势,系统硬件配置灵活,实用性强,并能得到较高的发酵过程生物量在线测量精度。

Abstract:The amount of biomass is one of the most important variables in the fermentation process,and directly influences the performance of automatic control systems in fermentation processes as well as in-system monitoring and on-line optimization.By using some co-variables,which can be measured on-line by sensors(hardware),and process information to estimate the unmeasurable variables on-line,a so-called 'soft-sensor' has been developed and applied for on-line biomass estimation.Based on the virtual instrument technique,a new measuring system combining PXI(PCI Extensions for Instrumentation)bus hardware integrated with soft-sensor algorithms for on-line biomass estimation has been derived.The underlying principles and the use in practice of this system are described from the points of view of both hardware and software.The virtual instrument system derived is flexible in terms of hardware configuration,convenient for engineering applications and provides accurate values in on-line measurement.
