案例推理在冷轧建模中的应用

对冷轧生产中负荷分配方法的现状进行了分析,利用人工智能技术,结合冷轧的实际生产过程和工艺特点,从系统结构和软件实现两方面对冷轧负荷分配模型进行了研究,建立了基于案例推理的冷轧负荷分配模型,经现场实际数据证明所建模型更符合实际轧制情况,提高了冷轧负荷分配建模体系的求解效率和求解质量,为人工智能技术在实际生产中的应用提供了新思路。

Application of Case-Based Reasoning in Modeling for Cold Rolling

Taking account of the system organization and the software implementation to develop an case--based model for load distribution of cold rolling that comply with the production process and the technics characteristic,the artificial intelligence techniques of case--based reasoning is introduced in the modeling process.The experimental results show that the schedule generated by the new model is more reasonable and conformable to the actual cold rolling practice than that generated by traditional method, which indicates that the method proposed in the paper is a promising method for modeling,and the new idea is developed accordingly that the artificial intelligence techniques is applied in the production process.
