河南省低碳经济发展的路径分析

河南省作为中国经济发展的重要组成部分,必须在科学发展观的指导下,对发展阶段、能源结构、技术水平等方面的问题进行积极处理,以政府为主导,推动我省低碳经济的发展,降低对高碳资源的依赖,实现国民经济的可持续发展。本文主要对低碳经济概况、河南省经济发展中低碳经济存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。
